10A Avondale Street Standish has been withdrawn. The council had made a start to sell its patch of grass with outline planning permission to boost the land value.

Has someone finally seen sense and realised that housing can't be squeezed into Standish indefinitely?

The picture below shows the gap between 8 and 10 Avondale St. Whoops!

Between 4 and 6 Avondale St. is the small plot,  right on a residential road junction.  Perhaps not what you would describe as 10A. This is a residential road junction which just happens to carry all the heavy industrial traffic to the Bradley Ln. Industrial Estate.
