What the Government Wants

Please note  that what follows is general advice  compiled by  an unqualified novice , learning the hard way. while trying to oppose Beechfiield. No liability will be accepted if the advice is found to be inappropriate, incomplete or inaccurate.

The Government sets out its policies in documents called PPG's. These change and are updated quite frequently. You need to be aware of the latest versions, amendments and even proposals published for consultation and change.

For example we have all heard about the new targets being set for building on brown field not green field sites. This is in PPG3. To get hold of any relevant one you need to use the
ODPM web-site
